FreeLatch is not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's possession.

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us at support@freelatch.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return, replacement, or refund. Items should be in their original condition where possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is confirmed. Please contact us before returning any item.
